Size Reduction of an Intracranial Aneurysm after Resolution of Vasospasm: A Case Report

We report a case which showed significant size reduction of an unruptured intracranial aneurysm after resolution of vasospasm. This case may suggest that aneurysm size can be affected by vasospasm, which is presumably related to changes in hemodynamics or spontaneous thrombosis.
