PEMBATASAN PEMBIAYAAN REHABILITASI DALAM PERATURAN MENTERI KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA NO. 50 TAHUN 2015 TERHADAP NARAPIDANA RESIDIVIS PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA

 Permasalahan penelitian ini meliputi pengaturan batasan pembiayaan rehabilitasi terhadap narapidana residivis penyalahgunaan narkotika serta untuk mengetahui pembatasan pembiayaan rehabilitasi terhadap narapidana residivis penyalahgunaan narkotika. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dimana penelitian hukum ini dilakukan dengan cara meneliti beberapa pasal dalam Undang-undang Narkotika yang berkenaan dengan  pembatasan pembiayaan rehabilitasi terhadap narapidana residivis penyalahgunaan narkotika.Kata kunci: pembiayaan, rehabilitasi, narapidana residivis penyalahgunaan narkotika The problem of this research includes setting limits of rehabilitation financing of drug-resistant prisoners of narcotics abuse, and to know the restriction of rehabilitation financing of drug resistance of narcotics abuse. The research method in this study is normative legal research where the legal research is conducted by researching some chapters in the Narcotics Act which pertains to restriction on rehabilitation financing of drug resistant narcotics abuse.Keywords: financing, rehabilitation, convict resistant narcotics abuse
