This study is carried out intentionally to analyze the efficiency of WFH system to the women workers in certain circumstances like pandemic era. The assessment method uses a quality which supported also by a quantitative data. In data compiling process, the composer utilized 2 ways of examination, questionnaire and direct interview to 50 respondent of women workers which have in banking background. This examination is done by gathering related information of women workers on the implementation WFH system. The results show 70% of respondent have choose to work from home rather than working from the office. In the implementation of WFH in term of; working output, 68% of respondent states that the output is matched with the forecasted target, and for the motivation, 86% of respondent says no de-motivation or still have the same passion of work. While related with the efficiency of WFH, 82% of respondent statement shows that efficiency value may vary from less than 20% to more than 50% when compared with the efficiency of working from the office. The result of this examination could be use by both staff and the leader, thus the implementation of WFH is carried out properly.
