The article considers the essence and concept of developing strategic directions of organization development. The conceptual bases of development of strategic directions of development of the organization are outlined. Methodical approaches to development of strategic directions of development of the organization are investigated. The most significant external factors influencing the development of strategic directions of telecommunication enterprises development are highlighted.
