. A case of thoracopagus twins delivered vaginally is reported. The diagnosis was made when obstruction to delivery was encountered in second stage of labour. The monster was a breech presentation. After perforation of the cervical spine of the first twin extraction was easily performed, and a stillborn female thoracopagus was delivered by the vaginal route. The weight was 3 850 grams. A detailed autopsy is described.
