Three cases in which pregnancy occurred in a non‐communicating rudimentary uterine horn are reported. Prior to operation in two of the cases a false diagnosis of ovarian cyst complicating the pregnancy was made. In the third case an uncomplicated missed abortion was assumed at first, but with the experience of the first two reported cases the correct diagnosis was made pre‐operatively. The functioning of the rudimentary horn before the pregnancy and the migration of the sperm, and the transport and nidation of the fertilized ovum are discussed.
