Six Brenner tumours diagnosed in 1962‐1970, of which at least four were accompanied by increased oestrogen activity, are described. All the tumours were small, 5‐20 mm in diameter, and in addition to the Brenner tumour there were other genital tumours; endometrial carcinoma, granulosa‐cell carcinoma, thecoma, mucinous cystoma in four cases. The coincidence of Brenner tumour with increased cestrogen activity and with other tumours is discussed.
