The article is devoted to the regulation of heat energy consumption by heating and ventilation systems, as well as the design features of agricultural buildings. The approaches to rationing the consumption of heat energy and the compatibility of the standards of specific consumption of heat energy in agricultural buildings with civilian ones are given.
