La Eskina del Barrio: una experiencia de transformación social juvenil

The Eskina del Barrio is a Colombian youth organization that generates through culture and art the strengthening of local talent as an initiative for social transformation. This research aimed to build the historical review of the Eskina del Barrio from it is origin as a social project and understand the impact it has generated in the young beneficiaries and the territories in which they develop their activities. A qualitative methodology was used, with an ethnographic, the investigation encompassed three phases: enlistment, information gathering, and data analysis obtained. As a result, it was identified that the Eskina del Barrio uses strategies such as cultural identity, participation, training, construction of territory and social fabric, thus achieving spaces of social transformation in the environments that intervenes.
