In this study, trend analysis of the availability and ICT use in organizations was carried out using a broader range of indicators in the long term, which made it possible to identify patterns of digital transformation (DT) and the corresponding stage of digital maturity of the economy. Digital economic activity, the role of information, and the value of data have increased, which affected the trends in the use of the Internet for the exchange of electronic products. In terms of practical application, the results of the analysis can be used in studies devoted to modeling and predicting DT trends on the considered indicators of ICT use in organizations to implement a deeper and more comprehensive study of the nature of the trends and patterns of DT development.
