espanolLa investigacion tuvo como objetivo describir el impacto de la replica del programa FAST (Familia y escuelas juntas) desarrollado con estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia del Jardin Infantil Piloto de la ciudad de Pasto (Colombia). Metodo: La reconstruccion de la experiencia vivida se realizo desde el enfoque cualitativo constructivista, utilizando un metodo historico hermeneutico a traves de entrevistas en profundidad. Resultados: Mejoro el funcionamiento familiar, se fortalecio la resiliencia infantil y se mitigaron los factores de riesgo desde los aportes de las teorias ecologica, sistemica y del desarrollo emocional de los ninos y ninas. Conclusion: Se evidencia la gestacion de una nueva convivencia desde la escuela para la familia. EnglishThe investigation describe the impact of replication FAST (Family and school boards) developed with students, teachers and parents of Kindergarten Pilot Pasto (Colombia). Method: The reconstruction of the experience was made from the constructivist qualitative approach, using a historical hermeneutical method through in-depth interviews. Results: Improved family functioning, child resilience was strengthened and the risk factors were mitigated from the contributions of ecological, systemic and emotional development of children theories. Conclusion: the emergence of a new coexistence is evident from school for family. portuguesA investigacao descreve o impacto do FAST (Family and school boards) desenvolvido com alunos, professores e pais do Kindergarten Pilot Pasto (Colombia). Metodo: A reconstrucao da experiencia foi feita a partir da abordagem qualitativa construtivista, utilizando um metodo hermeneutico historico atraves de entrevistas detalhadas. Resultados: melhorou o funcionamento da familia, a resiliencia da crianca foi fortalecida e os fatores de risco foram mitigados das contribuicoes do desenvolvimento ecologico, sistemico e emocional das teorias das criancas. Conclusao: o surgimento de uma nova convivencia e evidente na escola para a familia.
