Automation has led to an increase in industries with new industries coming up each passing day,sorting naturally becomes an important process required in industries. Effective sorting and quality analysis systems can play a critical role in enhancing the quality of the product. Labour exaustion and increasing workload often leads to major errors in this field which may have adverse effects on the production of the company. This creates a need to design an effective sorting algorithm to overcome this problem and increase the overall productivity.A system which uses arduino, servo, ultrasonic sensor and conveyor is developed to overcome this problem and to ensure faultless outcome.
