In this research, we tried to show what was exposed to the Kurdistan region - Iraq from financial and economic crisis led to a widespread phenomenon of unemployment in a large extent, where we reviewed the definition of the phenomenon of unemployment and the stages of its spread in the Kurdistan region, and in the first demand of the first section of the research, Appearance and types, in the second requirement of the same subject.In order to address the phenomenon of unemployment, it was necessary to work out mechanisms to reduce this dangerous phenomenon, including the employment offices, by addressing the mechanism of forming these offices in accordance with the Labor Law No. (71) for the year 1987 and in effect in the Kurdistan Region. The second topic, then outlined the procedures of these offices in the provision of employment opportunities, in the second demand, and concluded the research with a number of proposals to enhance the role of these offices in the creation of employment and reduce the phenomenon of unemployment.
