The paper is devoted to the creation of magnetic polymer capsules which can be applied for targeted drug delivery. Cylindrical magnetic nanoparticles were used for this purpose. The method for producing of such particles is proposed. It consists in the synthesis of layered nanowires with alternating layers of the required magnetic metal and "sacrificial" layers of non-magnetic metal. The method of matrix synthesis based on galvanic deposition (with varying potential) of the required metals in the pores of track membranes was used to produce wires with alternated layers. Such wires with a diameter of 100 nm and with Nickel layers of Nickel of 400 or 200 nm were produced. A method for further separation of Nickel fragments by selective etching (removal) of copper ("sacrificial") fragments has been developed. The possibilities of preventing aggregation of the formed magnetic nanoparticles and their introduction into the shells of polymer capsules are considered.
