To estimate physical characteristics for cubic BAs crystal Keating’s force constant model and Harrison’s binding orbital method are used. Both harmonic and anharmonic characteristics are considered. Comparison of the obtained results with the experimental data and other author’s calculations shows that the adopted approach is adequate.
