The era of post-truth is investigated as a communicative situation that contributes to the spread of propaganda and counter-propaganda, since it generates a pluralism of interpretations of reality, and, consequently, wide opportunities for creating frames, and is determined mainly by emotional perception of information as opposed to analytical understanding and conscious reflection. Proceeding from the fact that the basis of counter-propaganda (as well as propaganda) is the communication process, its structural elements are determined.
