Analysis of COD, BOD, and DO levels at the Wastewater Treatment at the Balai PIALAM DPUP-ESDM Special Region of Yogyakarta has been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the wastewater treatment process at the Wastewater Treatment at Balai PIALAM and to determine the levels of COD, BOD and DO. The analysis methods had referred to SNI 6989.73-2009. The results show that the concentration of outlet COD, BOD and DO are 94 mg/L, 24 mg/L and 2, mg/L respectively. Based on the Yogyakarta Special Region Regulation Number 7 of 2016 concerning Wastewater Quality Standards, the results of the analysis of the levels of COD, BOD and DO are in accordance with the quality standards, so that the wastewater from the PIALAM Balai Wastewater Treatment Plant is relatively safe to be discharged into the environment (water bodies).
