– Introducing competition in the railway passenger market is still a complex problem, especially with certain, insufficiently addressed aspects of PSO contract management. Considering this have a significant influence on the performance of the rail traffic, this paper reviews the practice in relevant EU countries and the Republic of Serbia in terms of PSO contract management.
