Open clinical comparative assessment of therapy effectiveness of depressive spectrum disorders was carried out. We compared patients who began treatment in special psychiatric department and those who underwent different consultations, investigations and took medication in primary care before hospitalization. This investigation showed high effectiveness of therapy, reduction of depressive symptoms, improving of psychological state and increasing level of social adaptation in patients who didn’t contact with primary care settings.
