The study of character strengths and psychological well-being shows the relevance of creating and maintining healthy organizations by promoting and caring for people´s optimal physical and mental function. The present study has a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational scope and it was carried out in a company of the agri-food sector with the participation of 95 employees. The application of instruments was carried out in a period of three weeks in two different forms: in person and written down. The results show the close relationship between the presence of Character Strengths and optimal well-being.
