The Fourth Amendment Requirement of a warrant applies to searches of commercial establishments by OSHA inspectors. Cases interpreting concerns about the administrative warrant needed of these show that it is easy to obtain. The probable cause and particularly describing element of the Amendment are attenuated in the commercial search area.
