The article presents analysis of indicators of birth rate, neonatal mortality and still birth, including children with massive body weight in the Tver region. The study established increasing of birth rate coefficient during observed period. At that, faster rate of increasing of indicator of birth rate of children with massive body weight is observed. For studied time-period, the newborns with massive body weight in average amounted to 10.2% in the structure of birth of all children. The prognosis using extrapolation technique permitted to make a conclusion about increasing of indicator of birth rate of children with massive body weight that is subjected to strong impact of various factors. The decreasing of level of neonatal mortality and still birth in all population of newborns in the Tver region. At that, the given indicators remain high in children with massive body weight.
