The article presents evaluation of input of indicators of school environment into complex educational load on students in comprehensive and innovative schools school. The cause-and-effect dependencies of development of traumatic injuries in children and adolescents of school age on character, intensity of impact offactors of school environment and style of life are established. The characteristics of impact of factors of school environment and style of life on condition of bone metabolism and relationship of revealed deviations with indicators of traumatic injuries of bone system of students are established.
