To optimize activities targeted to maintain reproductive health the medical organizational algorithm was developed concerning provision of specialized medical care to children and adolescents with urogenital infections. The algorithm is based on principles of availability, confidence and standard approach to diagnostic and treatment of sexually transmitted infections and comprises informational support, rendering of curative diagnostic care and primary, secondary and tertiary prevention.
