Objective. To assess the eficacy and tolerability of a ixed combination of perindopril and amlodipine in patients with acute coronary syndrome and hypertension III stage 2 and 3 degree. Results and conclusion.  The drug (perindopril plus amlodipine 10/5 mg) was shown to provide a high 24-hour antihypertensive eficacy, leading to a signiicant decrease in blood pressure and heart rate. The drug was well tolerated, and the drug withdrawal was not required.
