A new system that is designed to monitor in real time by dislocation and cars as an e-card railways.Object monitoring of freight cars can be of any type and model that additionally is equipped with navigationequipment. The structure of the navigation equipment includes a navigation controller in a plastic case witha set of sensors, battery and electrical network. All equipment is located in a metal strong body with a plasticcover that transmits radio waves and is based on the wagon and is attached to the main part by usingwelding or bolting. The device allows companies to monitor operators and participants of transportationprocess at the location of freight cars railways, to determine their technical condition and cargo throughoutthe rail network using satellite communication technology.
