Any traction rolling stock grow old, amenable to moral and physical deterioration, during operationloses its original parameters, does not meet the requirements of scientific and technical progress. All thisleads to increased complexity of repairs, and an increase in the cost of the life cycle. The analysis of lifecycle of hauling rolling stock during his modernisation shows the necessity of ground of time ofimplementation of events on the stages to the peak of his economic efficiency or, when the active slump ofeconomic efficiency of work of hauling rolling stock.
