Sparganosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Plerocercoid larvae (spargana) of the genus Spirometra . We aimed to provide molecular evidence for the infection of amphibians with Spirometra sp. in the inside and outside of Horton Plains National Park (HPNP), Sri Lanka.
