The article is devoted to the features of distance learning of the Russian language and literature in a modern school. The didactic potential of distance educational technology is substantiated, the advantages and disadvantages of its use in the lessons of the Russian language and literature at the present stage of school development are indicated. Through theoretical analysis and practical testing, the most effective types of digital learning tools that can be used when conducting distance school lessons of the Russian language and literature are indicated
