The article describes the modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with burn strictures of the esophagus. It describes the tactics of planning and supporting dilatation procedures, the reasons for complications and their prevention methods. We are discussing proposed and existing methods bougie with flexible conductor, which allows to minimize the radiological control during medical procedures.
