Understanding the indomitable vomiting of pregnant women, the author advises to sum up only those cases in which vomiting is caused and maintained exclusively by pregnancy and in which the nutrition of patients suffers. The closest cause of the disease being examined should be sought in the existence of neurosis or hysteria.
