In the last 31/2 years, the author observed 83 cases of tubal pregnancy in the inpatient department of the gynecological clinic in Halle. The reason that this disease began to be observed so often should be sought, in addition to improving diagnostics, mainly in the progressively increasing prevalence of gonorrhoid diseases.
