The article discusses relation of amplitude-frequency characteristics and transfer functions of electromechanical drive of rolling type wheeled mover. The paper defined overall transfer function considering impact of the phenomenon of formation of the contact surface and transfer functions under the perturbation and stress management. This allows the simulation and identifies energy efficiency as well as the parameters and characteristics of the onboard information-measuring system at the design stage.
