In our century, we are witnessing big and significant changes in museum life, in which the virtual presence, appearance and the purposeful use of digital devices are some of the key factors. In the following brief summary, I would like to draw attention to some important components of this transformation in Hungary, included only examples limited to the online space, because this is the field, in which the situation caused by the pandemics produced the most significant changes.
