Tpl2 promotes neutrophil antimicrobial pathways, including cytokine secretion, oxidative burst, and bacterial killing, via cell‐intrinsic mechanisms; Tpl2 also regulates neutrophil recruitment primarily via neutrophil‐extrinsic mechanisms.
