Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) rates increase in winter months. We aimed to determine associations of ambient temperature with clinical severity and haematoma size in acute ICH among Chinese participants in the Intensive Blood Pressure Reduction in Acute Cerebral Haemorrhage Trial (INTERACT1).
