In this session we will explore the short and longer term strategies for maximizing filtering bleb surgery success. This will include pre, intra and post operative management tips. We will explore the common and unusual reasons for bleb failure and ask the question is there a place for redo trabeculectomy in the modern era of glaucoma drainage devices.
