Summary This course examines various neurologic conditions which are associated with excessive light sensitivity. These conditions vary from lesions compressing the chiasm to brainstem degenerative disorders. In the absence of corneal lesions or retinal photoreceptor disease, the basis of photosensitivity with intracranial disease remains yet undetermined. A hypothesis is proposed.
