Summary Although very rare, mediastinal nodal angiomatosis is an entity radiologists should be aware of to be a differential diagnosis for a hypervascular mediastinal mass lesion. The CT‐ and MR‐morphological features are non‐specific and only histopathology can reveal the definitive diagnosis.
