We report a case of basal cell adenoma of the palate in an 11‐year‐old girl. An 11 mm (diameter) round mobile, nontender mass was removed from the soft palate. Histologically, a well‐encapsulated tumour composed of solid epithelial nests with nuclear palisading, and ducts, in loose connective tissue stroma was found. Postoperatively, the patient was followed for 2 years. There were no signs of recurrence.
