A bstract : The paper addresses the application of graphical replenishment (GR) color interpolation algorithms for visualizing numerical simulation of physical processes in order to enhance the information density of the graphic interpretation of these processes. The GR algorithms presented here may be successfully applied to two‐ and three‐dimensional grids, and grids of various structures.
