SUMMARY No. Gm, Am, Pi , and Km gene frequency difference has been observed between eighty‐seven Caucasin IgA nephropathies and ninety‐six controls. But a Km1 significant increase is found in patients with chronic renal failure compared with the total patients group. This data fits for a genetic predisposition factor in IgA nephropathy.
