Summary Inflammatory changes of the oral mucosa in children can have a variety of infectious and non‐infectious etiologies. We report on a 10‐year‐old boy with progressive cobblestone‐like changes and erosions of oral mucosa over six months, which turned out to be early oral manifestations of Crohn disease.
