Left posterolateral thoracotomy approach for reoperative coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is a useful alternative to median sternotomy. We describe use of a left posterolateral thoracotomy and hypothermic fibrillation for reoperative CABG in a patient with patent bilateral internal thoracic artery grafts. (J Card Surg 2011;26:34‐36)
