A coronary artery aneurysm (CAA), the etiology and treatment of which are still not fully understood, is uncommonly encountered. A giant CAA is extremely rare and only a limited number of cases have been reported. We report the case of a 37‐year‐old female with a giant right coronary artery aneurysm that was successfully treated by surgical excision . (J Card Surg 2011;26:48‐51)
