The anti‐H agglutinins from three different O h persons (Bombay) have been examined. The methods included gel filtration on Sephadex G‐200, DEAE‐Sephadex anion exchange chromatography, preparation of saline eluates, Ouchterlony method of immunodiffusion, and treatment with 2‐mercaptoethanol‐iodoacetamide. The anti‐H agglutinins were found to be associated with 19S IgM.
