The mechanical properties of a typical stereolithography resin are determined. The effect of environmental variations, post‐cure time and batch to batch variations on the properties is investigated and discussed in detail. The amount ofanisotropy in the cured material is evaluated for each batch of material and the implications discussed in the context of experimental stress analysis.
