Summary Exogenous ochronosis has been reported worldwide following long‐term application of skin‐lightening creams that contain hydroquinone, phenol or resorcinol. This report documents six patients presenting in Singapore with greatly differing facial dyschromias and discusses the diagnostic difficulties.
