— We compared, in a cross‐over study, the toxicity of 300 mg enteric‐coated aspirin with regular aspirin used for the prevention of cardiovascular events. In terms of endoscopic haemorragic lesions, enteric‐coated aspirin is less gastrotoxic than regular aspirin.
