SUMMARY Experience with a new silver‐impregnated atrial catheter in the Holier valve shunt operation is described. This catheter appears to have a number of advantages, which are discussed. RESUME L'auleur décrit son experience d'un nouveau cathétère atrial imprégné d'argent dans l'opération du shunt de la valve de Holler. Ce cathélère parait avoir un certain nombre d'avantages qui sont discutés.
